Dear Katie

Thank you so much for the service yesterday. We all felt it captured Mum exactly as we wanted to remember her, your words were beautiful and thoughtful. I know that my whole family, Tony and Clive's families and Mum's friends were very touched.

With our thanks

Sally, Jude and Clive

Hello lovely Katie,
I just wanted to say the HUGEST thank you for the wonderful day you gave us yesterday. It was just perfect!
Everyone who I spoke to said how beautiful the service was, and a lot of people presumed you actually knew Clare.
Honestly Katie, I can’t thank you enough. You made what could’ve been a really upsetting day, so much easier. You were absolutely brilliant in every possible way
Liz, Celebration of Life service. Brighton.

I wanted to say what a beautiful service you led yesterday – thank you so, so much. You pulled together something that had the perfect balance of celebration, memories, humour and solemnity. I had been feeling physically sick since the evening before – but after meeting you on the steps yesterday morning I knew all was going to be well

You are very good at what you do.

“Even before meeting Katie - her online picture was so warm and comforting and upon first meeting this was the case.

Katie made a difficult situation stress free and smooth.

Her understanding of our loved one and how our family is, shone through in a perfectly worded eulogy.
Katie is very gifted in all that she does and is the perfect public speaker too.”

Review from Marie and Easton. Southend Crematorium, April 2022.

What can I say other than Katie was absolutely made to do this job!

From the moment we met her, she listened with such interest about our lovely Dad and she showed such empathy and care towards all of our family. She helped to make our Dad’s funeral the celebration that we felt our wonderful Dad deserved and despite never meeting him, she appeared so invested in each detail of his final send off.

I can't thank her enough for the sense of calm, compassion and composure she bought to the day and I would not hesitate to use her again to help facilitate such a special yet extremely difficult occasion.

Thank you will never be enough.
